RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items.
ELEGIBILITY
Unfortunately, at this moment in time, all collars (ID and otherwise) are NOT eligible for a refund due to their multiple customisable aspects. The most common issue we have for wanting to return is incorrect sizing. Therefore, we highly recommend measuring your dog before placing your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them.
All sale items are final sale and non returnable/refundable.
The customer is responsible for covering return postage.
Please be aware that the shipping cost will NOT be included in your refund unless stated otherwise.
HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to make a return, please send us an email or fill out the 'contact us' form within 14 days days of receiving your order.We will get back to you within 2-3 working days with instructions on how to start a return.
All returned items MUST be unworn, unwashed and must not show any sign of use. If so, they will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.
It is the customers responsibility for covering the cost of postage unless otherwise stated. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. If the item is not legible for a refund, you will be notified that your return has been rejected.If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution).
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:
1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs).
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer for the refund to be processed by them.
