⇴ Made using thin 15mm soft and lightweight material, meaning you can have the security of knowing that their ID tag is on them at all times whilst still ensuring comfort.

⇴ Please note that, although I have tried to get an accurate representation of the cord colours, they may look slightly different in person than in pictures.

⇴ To choose the right size, you should use a soft tape measure to:
A = Measure where on your dogs neck you want the collar to sit.
B = Measure around the largest part of your dogs head (usually around the ears).
C = Choose your size based on the largest of the two measurements.

Please Note;
⇴ Unless ‘breakaway’ is chosen, these collars do not open, therefore it is very important that the size you request is able to fit over the largest part of your dogs head.
⇴ Do NOT measure using an existing collar as this will not give you the correct measurement.
⇴ It is VERY important that you measure correctly as I do not accept returns on ID collars.

⇴ This collar is made to attach ID tags ONLY and is NOT to be attached to a lead - attaching it to a lead can be dangerous for your dog and any strong pulling or force will likely result in the product breaking.
⇴ Likewise, if your dog(s) like to play rough then this may not be the right collar to choose. Although stainless steel jump rings are used, any strong pulling force may result in breakage.
⇴ Nothing is indestructible so please check accessories regularly and before each use. It is highly recommend to replace products that are showing signs of wear and tear.
⇴ Whilst every product is tested, like most things our materials are not resistant to being chewed by your pets teeth. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to a product by this.
⇴ Always supervise your pet while wearing any accessories.
⇴ Do not get wet.
⇴ Please be aware that this material is likely to stain if it gets dirty, however you can still try wiping it with a damp cloth to get rid of any muck.
⇴ Brass products can oxidise and darken over time - this is not a defect, but a natural characteristic of brass. If you want to return it to its original bright colour you can clean it with metal polish and soft cloth, then wash off using warm water and washing up liquid, ensuring to dry thoroughly.
⇴ Hardware that is plated is usually very durable but is not fully resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Please ensure you dry thoroughly after getting wet.
